Version command/flag

The executable file doesn't offer a version subcommand/flag to understand the build it derives from:

$ cloud-provider-kind --help
Usage: cloud-provider-kind [subcommand] [options]

Subcommands:
  list-images
        list images used by cloud-provider-kind

Options:
  -enable-lb-port-mapping
        enable port-mapping on the load balancer ports
  -enable-log-dumping
        store logs to a temporal directory or to the directory specified using the logs-dir flag
  -logs-dir string
        store logs to the specified directory
  -v int
        Verbosity level (default 2)

Could it be useful to add it?

+1, it would be useful for any troubleshooting to be able to verify which version is being used.

If you would like to submit a PR to add it, that would be great. Otherwise, if you just wanted to request that functionality, just let us know and someone else can pick this up. Thanks!
