[Feature] Separate hover autoplay setting for Live / Motion Photos

It would be awesome if the setting "Play video thumbnail on hover" had an extra toggle like "Play motion photos on hover".

I would like to preview regular videos in my grid by hovering, but not my Live / Motion Photos. Those should only play when I actually open the picture and press play (assuming the suggested motion photo hover option is disabled).
