[Feature] Change photos owner

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Time to time I take photos from another user, and it would be nice if I could choose the photos' owner, then it will keep in his account and he could manage how he wants.

Scenario

User A and B are in the same event, and user A takes photos from user B, but it will upload to userA's account. And user B cannot handle the photo and it won't show in his timeline.
