Provide Default Styles for WordPress Core Blocks Out of the Box

This ticket should likely account for the most base styles such as:

1. Fonts & Font sizes
2. Containers for contentsize & wide (https://github.com/forumone/gesso-wp/blob/8e0bafa99a5b29e2bea4877af1ab13badbf909d9/theme.json#L421C5-L424C7)
3. Spacing/padding around standard blocks.
